These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and w786 (hereinafter referred to as "w786", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://w786.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

w786 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately. Any balance associated with an ineligible account may be forfeited pending investigation.

Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of email address, payment method or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify w786 of any material changes promptly.

KYC Verification Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion at any earlier point, w786 will require you to complete our KYC verification process. Documentation typically requested includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or national identity card)

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name and for which you have completed KYC verification where required. Deposits made from third-party sources — including accounts belonging to friends or family members — are prohibited and may result in the return of funds and account suspension.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded under any promotion must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity. While a bonus balance is active in your account, a maximum stake limit applies per bet or spin. Exceeding the maximum bet limit — whether intentionally or unintentionally — constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. w786 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent; systematic play on games with high contribution percentages solely to clear wagering requirements; and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

7.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one redemption per player, household, IP address, device and payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion will be treated as a single abusive action.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the w786 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or help section. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict specifically relates to a game-specific outcome determination.

8.2 Sports Betting. 8.4 Palpable Errors. w786 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (commonly known as "palpable errors" or "palps"). Users who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have winnings voided and accounts reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w786 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions or self-exclusion controls
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, screen scrapers or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of w786, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

w786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes
• The account holder is under the minimum age requirement
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory, compliance or reputational risk to w786
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method following completion of all outstanding compliance checks.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

w786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
